Amplify in as Little as 25 Minutes
The Applied Biosystems® fast PCR system, comprising pre-mixedAmpliTaq Gold® or GeneAmp® Fast PCR Master Mix, specially designedmicroplates and tubes, and the Veriti™ 96-Well Thermal Cycler,considerably reduces PCR amplifications times. Now you can amplifyfragments under 500 bp from genomic backgrounds in about 25minutes, and in some cases, in as little as 10 minutes. And you canamplify large fragments faster too – up to 2 kb in as little as40—50 minutes.
