快干二硫化钼润滑喷剂是由超细二硫化钼（MoS2)颗粒、快干剂、高效粘合剂、分散剂、乳化剂、气雾剂和推动剂经混合灌装生产的一种高效二硫化钼气雾润滑喷剂。广泛应用于机械、造船、钢铁、纺织、锻造、五金、航空等诸多行业。
Dry molybdenum disulfide lubricant spray is made ofthe ultrafine molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) particles, drying agent,efficient adhesives, dispersants, emulsifiers, aerosols andpropellant through the process of mixing and filling. The efficientmolybdenum disulfide aerosol lubricant sprays are widely used inmachinery, shipbuilding, steel, textiles, forging, hardware,aviation and other industries.

1.预组装处理：干性润滑剂可以在装配时提供保护。使用喷罐时，将会在所装配零件表面形成超薄润滑涂层，不会改变零件的配合公差。二硫化钼微粒的平均粒径仅爲0.5微米。如：开放式齿轮、机械的组装、模具组装/发电所的感应槽、蒸汽发电机等。
1.Pre-assembly process: dry lubricant can provide protection duringassembly. When using spray cans, the product will form a thinlubricating coating on the surface of the assembled parts with nochange in fit tolerance. The average particle size of molybdenumdisulfide is only 0.5 micron meters. The lubricant is suitable inopen gears, mechanical assembly, mold assembly / power generationinduction groove, steam generators and so on.
2.保护薄膜：干性润滑剂可以作预先润滑，即取即用。适用于装配机件及内部润滑，润滑链条、钢缆、螺丝、输送带、拉缆机、金属铸造机、垫圈外膜、一般机器的维修和保养，高温操作仪器，橡胶脱模，玻璃加工等.
2. Protectionfilm: dry lubricant can be used for pre-lubrication and immediateuse. It is applicable for internal lubrication of assembly partsand other lubrications for chains, wire ropes, screws, conveyorbelt, pulled-cable machines, metal casting machine, washer outermembrane, general machinery repair and maintenance,high-temperature operating instrument, rubber stripping, glassprocessing and so on.
3.高温润滑剂：干性润滑剂在-80℃至280℃可以形成稳定的润滑膜。二硫化钼在高温达到450℃（在气压降低的情况下甚至更高）时仍然可以干式润滑，尽管树脂在这样的温度下会遇热熔化。适用于炼钢、纺织机械维修业。干性润滑剂在钢铁工业中作爲高温润滑剂被广泛应用。
3.High-temperature lubricant: dry lubricant can form a stable lubricating filmbetween -40 ℃and 200 ℃.Molybdenum disulfide is able to performdry lubrication even at high temperature up to 450℃(even higher temperature in the case of areduction in pressure), although the resin at such temperature willencounter melting. The product is suitable for steel and textilemachinery repair industry. Dry lubricant in the steel industry hasbeen widely used as a high-temperaturelubricant.
4.润滑性效能：干性润滑剂避免了常规湿式润滑剂在应用时出现的问题，在灰尘过多的情况下可以提供干性润滑。本产品可用于润滑以及保护矿业中的粗吊鈎及适用于纺织机械的自动络筒机、热定型机螺杆、拉幅定型机、染色机、蒸化机、烘燥机、纺丝机、印花机、丝光机等轴承的润滑.
4.Lubrication Effectiveness: dry lubricant has avoided the problemswhen conventional wet lubricants are used in application, where drylubricants provide better solution in the case of excessive dust.This product can be used to lubricate and protect the mining ofcrude hooks and suitable for textile machinery, automatic winder,screws of heat-setting machine, stenter,dyeing/dying/spinning/printing machines, steamers, mercerizer,bearings and so on.

使用方法Instruction（上海在邦）
1.使用前，先将工件表面进行彻底的清洁除油处理。
1. Beforeuse, first thoroughly clean the surface degreasing.
2.然后将罐体用力摇匀约30秒，使罐液充分搅拌，以利于喷雾均匀。
2. The can isthen forced to shake for about 30 seconds, so that the liquid willbe well stirred in order to facilitate a uniformspray.
3.喷涂时，距离工件约20厘米左右移动喷涂，勿固定在一个位置喷涂。
3. Spray fromabout 20 cm to move around the workpiece and do not spray in onefixed position.
4.使用后，倒转罐身喷射约5秒，作用为清洗喷咀，以防塞咀。
4. After use,invert cans upside down for about five seconds. The role is toclean nozzles to prevent clogging.

注意事项Precautions（上海在邦）
1.本品易燃，使用时严禁烟火，存放于50℃以下阴凉处，空罐不得抛入火中。
1. Theproduct is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks. Pleasestored in a cool place below 50 ℃.Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.
2.使用前应将工件表面上的锈迹、重度油污清洗干净，以免影响后续的喷涂及防腐润滑效果。
2. Before theuse, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece surface should becleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coatingand lubrication.
3.若不慎溅入眼睛，可提起眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗干净。
3. Ifaccidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with runningwater or saline.
4.不可吞食本产品。若不慎吞食，勿催吐，保持休息状态，及时进行医护。
