● 冠名、赞助方案：
组织方特邀有实力的企业作为大会赞助商：分为钻石***、银牌三种赞助方式，享受大会提供的各种待遇（详细资料和待遇备索）；
● 展位收费标准:
A.标准展位：3*3=9m2 3*6=18m2 2800元人民币/平方米
（展位配置：一条KT板中英文楣板、洽谈圆桌一张、4把椅子；资料桌一个、椅子两把；地毯、220V电源插座一个、射灯两只）。
B、特装展位：国内企业:2500元人民币/ m2，国外企业:520USD/m2（室内光地36m2起租，不提供任何配置，展商可自行安排特殊装修或委托组织单位推荐展台搭建公司）；
● 参展程序:
A、填写《参展申请表》加盖公章后邮寄或传真至大会组委会；参展单位需按付款通知的要求，于7个工作日内交付展位费的50%作为定金（人民币或美元），以落实展台位置；展位费余额于2020年11月10日前付清，欢迎一次性付清。否则，主办单位将视其放弃参展，参展企业报名后中途退展，参展费用概不退还。
B、在确认展位后，主办单位将向参展单位寄发《参展手册》；手册包括展品运输、展台设计搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有关信息，参展商必须按要求填写好手册中有关表格，并于截止日前交回主办单位。
C、展位顺序分配原则 “先申请、先汇款、先安排”。 主办单位在收到展位费定金后，才能落实参展商所预定展位。

● exhibition procedures:
A. Fill in the application form for exhibition and stamp it withofficial seal, then mail or fax it to
the Organizing Committee of the conference; the exhibitors shallpay 50% of the booth fee as the deposit (RMB) within 5 working daysas required by the payment notice to confirm the booth location;the balance of the booth fee shall be paid before November 10,2020, and you are welcome to pay it in a lump sum. Otherwise, theorganizer will regard it as giving up the exhibition, and theexhibitor will not return the exhibition fee if he / she withdrawshalfway after registration.
B. After confirming the booth, the organizer will send theexhibition manual to the exhibitor. The manual includes informationabout exhibits transportation, booth design and construction,travel and accommodation arrangement, and articles rental. Theexhibitor must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as requiredand return them to the organizer before the deadline.
C. The principle of booth sequence allocation is "apply first,remit first and arrange first"; the organizer can implement thebooth reservation only after receiving the deposit of boothfee.
