What are the steps for setting up a branch?
(1) To approve the company name of the branch company. Providethe head office business license and enterprise name approvalapplication, to the branch registered in the area of the Industrialand Commercial Bureau for application.
(2) Handle pre-approval items. If the branch company has specialproducts or services in its business scope, it shall apply forindustry approval license. For example, the branch business scopehas food business need to deal with < food circulation license>, business transport business need to deal with < roadtransport license >.
Generally speaking, the business scope of a branch shall notexceed that of the head office.
(3) Submit the application materials for registration of thebranch company and apply for the industrial and commercial businesslicense. It is necessary to provide the application form of thehead office, the resolution of the shareholders' meeting, theidentity certificate of the head of the branch company and othermaterials to the industrial and commercial administration.
(4). After the business license of the branch is issued, it mayengrave the official seal of the branch, the financial seal and theseal of the responsible person.
(5) Apply for Organization Code Certificate.
(6) Apply for the tax registration certificate. Both theindependent accounting branch and the non-independent accountingbranch shall apply for tax registration and obtain the taxregistration certificate.
After the above steps are completed, the registration of thebranch is basically completed. If it is an independent accountingbranch, it needs to go through the following procedures:
