安全绳的正确使用方法
（1）将逃生绳带或逃生软梯一端固定在牢固的物体上，另一端挂扣在安全带上或缠绕在腰部，系好安全钩，并将救生绳顺着窗口抛向楼下；
（2）戴上防护手套双手握住救生绳带，左脚面勾住窗台，左脚蹬外墙面，待人平稳后，左脚移出窗外；
（3）两腿微弯，两脚用力蹬墙面的同时，双臂伸直，双手微松，两眼注视下方，沿救生绳带下滑；
（4）当快接近地面时，右臂向前弯曲，勒紧绳带两腿弯曲，两脚尖先着地。
