这个磁性表座利用了两个特性:
1.软磁性材料的磁化和退磁快的特性;
2.条形磁铁或恒磁磁铁的中间磁场极弱而两端磁场极强的特性。
关于磁力表座工作原理概括起来其实就是简单的几个字:分断和接通内部的磁极。
磁力表座外壳为两块导磁体,中间用不导磁的铜板隔开。内部有一个可以旋转的磁体,此磁体沿直径方向为n、s极。当磁体旋转到中间位置,磁力线分别在两块导磁体中形成闭路时表座可以轻易取走;旋转90度后,ns极分别对着两块导磁体,此时从n极到导磁体到导轨到另一块导磁体到s极,形成磁力线闭合,可以牢牢的附着在导轨上。磁力表座工作原理其实很简单,关于磁力表座它可是是机器制造业用途多,广的亦是必不可少的检测工具之一。
