PROTEX 1321D-3 is a 3 mil clear polyester film with a pressuresensitive adhesive, designed for surface protection of alclad,polished aluminum and other types of metal surfaces during variousmachining operations, such as drilling, routing, milling, and someforming operations. It will prevent aluminum chips from scratchingthe surface of the metal during various operations. PROTEX1321D-3 is also used to block out areas not to be treated duringvarious anodize, alodine and chemical milling operations.
