第三十三届上海国际酒店及餐饮博览会（2025HOTELEXShanghai）将于2025年3月30日-4月2日在上海虹桥国家会展中心举办。上海博华国际展览有限公司作为展会唯一的主办方及销售方，将继续保持一贯的专业视角与卓越品质，充分依托行业协会背景，继续与中国旅游饭店业协会携手合作。
展会简介
汇聚酒店、餐饮优质资源，塑造专业化交流平台，助力行业发展由上海市文化和旅游局指导的HOTELEX上海国际酒店及餐饮业博览会作为“十四五”期间重点打造的三大名片性活动之一——上海旅游产业博览会的重要组成部分，2025年将在国家会展中心(上海浦西·虹桥）举办。预计展会规模将达到40万平方米，吸引超过25万位来自酒店餐饮、商超零售、休闲餐饮、食品饮料贸易、餐饮投资、旅游休闲等渠道的专业观众到场参观和进行商贸交流;展商数量超过3000家。展品将更加全面的涵盖酒店与餐饮产业供应链各环节，努力为全球餐企创造一个更为开放和高效的交流平台。
同期活动
每届HOTELEX上海展期间，都会举办40余场具备相当行业影响力的职业技能竞赛和高峰论坛，其中不乏诸如世界咖啡师系列赛事、世界面包大赛等国际认证的赛事和中国餐饮BOSS大会、餐饮产业峰会、新潮流食品饮料大会等千人规模的行业前沿高峰论坛。吸引数万从业人员到场参与，参展商可以通过活动赞助形式将自身的产品直接推向终端使用者和采购决策者面前，实现产品的精准曝光，扩大行业影响力。
