3M Fluorinert Liquid FC-3283 is a non-conductive, thermally andchemically stable dielectric fluid ideal for use in thermalmanagement applications such as semiconductor wafer manufacturing,electronics reliability testing, data center server immersioncooling and many other high technology applications.
3M Fluorinert Liquid FC-3283 is clear, colorless, non-conductive,non-flammable, residue free, thermally and chemically stable liquidideal for use in many heat transfer fluid applications. Its wideliquid range (-65 to 128 deg C) and compatibility makes it wellsuited for a variety of electronic single and two phase heattransfer applications, including in the semiconductor market foretchers, ion implanters, testers and others. Because FC-3283 has anextremely narrow boiling range, its composition will not deviatewith time, this keeps fluid loss to a minimum and insuresconsistent transport properties.
