2024年11月，意大利对外贸易委员会上海代表处将携手一众意大利企业参加备受瞩目的上海国际食品饮料展览会（FHC）。作为FHC的重要的组成部分，意大利对外贸易委员会精心搭建的展馆不仅持续巩固了其在国际食品贸易领域的地位，更凸显了意大利企业对中国市场前所未有的重视与信心。

与去年相比，今年ITA馆内的意大利参展公司数量将实现同比50%的显著增长。意大利企业纷纷加大对中国市场的投入，希望借由FHC国际展会平台推广意大利独特的产品和饮食文化，积极把握潜力巨大的中国市场，以优异的“意大利制造”品质为中国消费者留下深刻印象。

第二十七届 FHC 上海环球食品展暨第二十五届 FHC中国国际烹饪艺术比赛将于2024年11月12-14日在上海新国际博览中心盛大开幕。此次FHC规模空前，展出面积 200,000平方米，参展企业超过 3000 家，预计将吸引来自全球超过 50 个国家和地区的展团及展商，买家超过 17万，为广大合作伙伴、展商代表等贵宾带来一场全球美食、烹饪艺术与商贸交流的盛宴。
