Used in machinery, Tufoil for Industrial Use oil additive reduceswear, noise, vibrations, and friction while improving productionand cutting downtime. It reduces heat and operating oiltemperatures, lowers starting torque, extends oil-drain intervals, eliminates sheet metal cracking, cuts waste, and speedsproduction.
For optimum results, add Industrial Tufoil to the reservoir or sumpcapacity when changing the system’s oil.
Description
Tufoil can be found in the Guinness Book of World Records as TheWorld’s Most Efficient Lubricant. Tufoil can also be found in thegear boxes and engines of a major tugboat company in New York andBoston harbors. Although Tufoil has been on the market for over 25years and is now used worldwide, the shipping industry has beenaware of the dramatic effects on the Detroit Diesels for only adecade. Since that time, the results have been nothing short ofspectacular. Here’s a direct quote from a marine transportationcompany who knows: “Tufoil has extended the engine overhaul to20,000 hours. That’s an increase of over 50% in engine life!”
The best part of using Tufoil is that it’s so economical. On a newengine, we suggest you allow about 1,000 hours for break in. Addjust 10% Tufoil to your regular oil in the gear box and engine andwhat a difference it will make! Here is another testimonial: “Youcould literally fry an egg on the gear boxes. With Tufoil, you canput your cheek against them and they’re just slightly warm to thetouch. Tufoil was the answer for me!” These benefits translate inbig dollar savings in all areas, not only in the cost of runningthe engine, but in maintenance and repair bills as well. Mostimportantly, Tufoil can extend the life of the engine. Synthetic Oils & SyntheticGear Oils & Greases: Over the years, Tufoil hasalways mixed with all mineral oils and synthetics oils. Recently, however, we have seen an emergence of glycol-based synthetic oilsand greases. We are mostly seeing it in high-end gear box syntheticoils for high temperature applications. Tufoil is not alwayscompatible with glycol synthetics. If in doubt, you can checkcompatibility by mixing 1 ounce of Tufoil and 10 ounces of your oilat room temperature and stirring. No wait time is needed. Tufoilshould dissolve right into your oil with no settling or clumping. If there is no separation, Tufoil is compatible with your syntheticoil.
