China International Beauty Expo (CIBE), is the largest beautyindustry platform in China. Established in 1989 as the CantonBeauty Fair, now CIBE, it has been successfully connecting beautyindustries from both national and international suppliers, buyersand industry professionals, making it China’s cradle of the globalbeauty business.

The most recent show in Shanghai became the 52nd edition since the company’sinception and 4th editionin Shanghai. This is along with our other two locations, Guangzhouand Beijing, and the coming new show in Shenzhen, which run showstwice every year respectively, making a total of six shows. Inaddition, our ability to consistently fill large and importantvenues for our shows, such as the NECC Hongqiao (also known as “TheClover”) in Shanghai, demonstrates CIBE’s intention to remain atthe forefront of the beauty industry.

CIBE (China International Beauty Expo) is the entry point for B2Band B2B2C beauty/health brands entering China as well as Chinesebrands increasing their presence abroad. As a cross-cultural beautyplatform, CIBE uses its 31 years of business loyalty in China tooffer social media services.

Exhibition Notice

Dear Exhibitors,
To guarantee a favorable environment for business negotiation, theOfficial Contractor of the upcoming Beauty Expo shall continue toimplement strict noise control regulations through the whole expoperiod, including the move-in and move-out period.

The Regulations state it clearly that devices such as amplifiers,speakers, loudspeakers, etc., shall not be taken into the hall.

The Official Contractor shall follow the regulations strictly fromthe very move-in date, and make sure the above-mentioned devicesare not taken into the hall.

For all amplifying devices which are deemed as inappropriate andnoisy to other booths, the Official Contractor shall reserve theright to suspend the playing and terminate the power supply of thebooth. Detailed noise control regulations are hereby announced asfollowing:

● Devices such as amplifiers, speakers, loudspeakers and the likeare strictly forbidden in the hall during the whole expoperiod.

● For exhibitors who violate the regulations by taking in andplaying amplifying equipment without authorization, they shallreceive a written ratification notice first from the OfficialContractor. Should the ratification fail to be made within fifteenminutes, the Official Contractor shall directly terminate the powersupply of involved booths and a fine of RMB 5,000 shall be deductedfrom the construction deposit and performance bond.

The application of restoration of power supply cannot be guaranteedin a short time, and the connection charge entailed shall be fullyborne by involved exhibitors.

● The implementation of the regulations relies on theunderstanding, support and cooperation of all exhibitors. The HostOrganizer sincerely hopes that all exhibitors would cooperate toimplement the rules and regulations efficiently and effectively.Please do not take amplifiers, speakers, loudspeakers and the likeinto the hall.
