It cures at ambient or elevated temperature to a moderately hardthermally conductive silicone rubber with very low viscosity and alow volatility content, providing excellent environmentalprotection.
CHT SE3000 is recommended for encapsulating highly populatedelectronic assemblies requiring high flow between the components.It is entirely neutral and will not cause electrodes and othermetal parts to be corroded.
