由上海市文化和旅游局指导的HOTELEX上海国际酒店及餐饮业博览会作为“十四五”期间重点打造的三大名片性活动之一-上海旅游产业博览会的重要组成部分，将在国家会展中心(上海浦西·虹桥)举办。预计展会规模将达到40万平方米，吸引超过25万位来自酒店餐饮、商超零售、休闲餐饮、食品饮料贸易、餐饮投资、旅游休闲等渠道的专业观众到场参观和进行商贸交流;展商数量超过3000家。展品将更加全面的涵盖酒店与餐饮产业供应链各环节，努力为全球餐企创造一个更为开放和高效的交流平台。

The HOTELEX Shanghai International Hotel and Catering IndustryExpo, guided by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture andTourism, will be held at the National Convention and ExhibitionCenter (Puxi Hongqiao, Shanghai) as an important component of thethree major landmark events during the 14th Five Year Plan period -the Shanghai Tourism Industry Expo. The expected scale of theexhibition will reach 400000 square meters, attracting over 250000professional visitors from hotel catering, supermarket retail,leisure catering, food and beverage trade, catering investment,tourism and leisure channels to visit and engage in businessexchanges; The number of exhibitors exceeds 3000. The exhibits willcomprehensively cover all aspects of the hotel and cateringindustry supply chain, striving to create a more open and efficientcommunication platform for global catering enterprises.
