PM250 Power Modules, frame sizes FSC to FSF
PM250 Power Modules are suitable for a large number of applicationsin general mechanical engineering. Any braking energy is directlyfed back into the line supply (four-quadrant applications – abraking chopper is not required).
The PM250 Power Module features an absolutely unique technology –Efficient Infeed Technology. This feature provides the ability tofeed energy back into the supply system in the generator mode(electronic braking) so that the energy is not converted into heatin a braking resistor. This saves space in the control cabinet. Thetime-consuming process of dimensioning the braking resistor and theexpense of the extra wiring are eliminated. Furthermore, heatlosses in the control cabinet are reduced.
Further, the innovative circuit design reduces the line harmonics.There is no need to use an optional line reactor at the supplyinfeed. This saves space and costs for engineering andprocurement.
The permissible cable lengths between converter and motor arelimited (for max. permissible cable lengths, see Integration). Longer cables canbe used if output reactors are connected (see section Load-side powercomponents).
Frame sizes FSD to FSF of the PM250 Power Modules are availableboth with as well as without integrated line filter class A.
For frame size FSC of the PM250 Power Module with anintegrated line filter class A, an additional base filter ofclass B is available for achieving class B (see section Line-sidecomponents).
The PM250 Power Module is also designed for safety-orientedapplications. In conjunction with a fail-safe Control Unit, thedrive can be transformed into a Safety IntegratedDrive (see section Control Units).
The PM250 Power Modules with integrated line filter class Aare suitable for connection to TN supply systems. Power Moduleswithout integrated line filter can be connected to grounded TN/TTsystems and non-grounded IT systems.

Shield plates and shield connection kits are available for use inthe wiring installation of Control Units and Power Modules toensure that it complies with EMC guidelines.

此种控制方式无需专用的程序块，直接给定速度。G120X使用标准报文1，项目及网络配置步骤与方法一相同。通过对输出的个控制字进行驱动器的起停控制、第二个控制字可以指定电机运行的速度。
G120X的输出地址可从设备视图中查看：
在OB1中调用MOVE命令，发送对驱动的控制字及速度给定：
1. 通过个控制字进行驱动器的起停控制（先发送16#047E，再发送16#047F）
2. 通过第二个控制字可以指定电机运行的速度（十六进制16#4000，即十进制的16384对应 p2000 速度参数值）
例如，G120XPN的p2000=3000rpm，如果SpeedSetpoint设置为十进制的8192（即十六进制的16#2000），则表示速度给定1500rpm。
