【性能检测】
1、3M胶带划百格测试：无脱落
2、耐冲压测试：1mm厚铝板180°折弯无变化。
3、耐酒精测试：用脱脂棉沾浓度99%工业酒精以500G力水平来回200次无脱色。
【注意事项】
1、先小量试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。
2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作，以促进附着效果。
3、附着力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化学品性、抗划伤性、耐磨性等性能的检测，
需要完全固化后方可检测。
4、未经允许情况下，不得将本系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。
5、油墨，稀释剂使用及储存时严禁烟火。
6、使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好，尽量避免**直接接触。
7、本品不慎溅入口、鼻、眼、耳内，应用大量水清洗或直接求助医生。

3, diluent: with our B-03 special thinner or 783 open oil,washing network water cleaning screen with 718.
4, curing agent: one component use, can also choose to addour JS-10 special curing agent is used to increase the ink adhesionand physical and chemical resistance.
5, printing ink allocation methods: open cans to stir well,take appropriate amount needed to dilute ink printing viscosity. Ifyou need to add curing agent, first add curing agent after mixingand set aside for 10 minutes, and curing agent for ink completelycrosslinking after dilution.
