TPE丝印油墨
物料名称：TPE橡胶弹性体表面丝印专用油墨。
适用范围：常用于TPE或改性TPE、乙烯基弹性体等胶橡材料的成型工件。例如：防滑垫、电线电缆、电子产品的按键、眼镜护套、牙刷、手柄、通讯器材的天线、U盘护套、工具把手、玩具、文体用品、医疗用品等。
油墨特性：该油墨技术成熟，附着力好，抗拉伸，耐摩擦，色相佳，有黑、白、红、橙、黄、蓝、绿、紫、金、银等多种颜色可供选择。细度5.um以下有优良的过网性能，图案再现性强，印后自然干燥，15分钟表面干，12小时彻干。特别适合用于TPE橡胶材料的丝印。
注意事项：因TPE橡胶材料比较复杂，它受是否改性、硬度、伸展率等诸多因素影响.建议客户先提供TPE材料样品来我行测试，后发油墨样品供您确认，符合您的要求后再订货。

Applicable scope: used in TPE or modified TPE, vinyl elastomer,rubber and other rubber molding parts. For example: anti-skid pads,wire and cable, electronic product keys, glasses sheath, a brush, ahandle, a c o mmunication equipment of the antenna, U disk sheath,tool handles, toys, stationery, medical supplies and so on.
The characteristics of ink: the ink technology is mature, goodadhesion, tensile resistance, friction resistance, good hue, black,white, red, orange, yellow, blue, green, purple, gold, silver andother a variety of colors to choose from. Fineness 5.um followingexcellent of the over the n e t w ork performance, patternreproducibility strong, prepress natural drying, dry surface for 15minutes, 12 hours pen e trating stem. Especially suitable for TPErubber material of silk screen printing.
Note: TPE rubber material is more c o mplex, which is affectedby whether change, hardness, stretching rate and other factorsinfluence. Advise customers to provide samples of TPE material tomy test, after printing ink sample for your confirmation, in linewith your request after the order.
