Vydyne R515H BK02 is high-flow, heat-stabilized,hydrolysis-resistant, 15% glass-fiber reinforced PA66 resin.Available in black, it is specifically designed to maximize theretention of physical properties when exposed to anti-freezesolutions at elevated temperatures. This product is also lubricatedfor improved flow and offers superior surface appearance.
Glass-reinforced Vydyne resins provide higher heat distortiontemperature, resistance to creep, and better dimensional stabilitywhen compared with unreinforced PA66. These products have goodchemical resistance to a broad range of chemicals includinggasoline, hydraulic fluids and most solvents.
Vydyne R515H BK02 is heat-stabilized to minimize oxidativedegradation of the polymer when exposed to elevated temperatures inservice. This product provides improved retention of physicalproperties under exposure to long-term heat. Also, Vydyne R515HBK02 has excellent knit-line strength and fatigue resistance, whichis essential for cycle testing with anti-freeze solutions.
