Control Panels and Panel PCs in a stainless steel finish

The CP77xx Panel PCs and the Control Panels from the CP79xx seriesin a stainless steel finish are control and display units that meetthe strict hygiene regulations for the food, packaging and medicalindustries as well as for cleanrooms. The stainless steel Panelswith IP 65 protection feature virtually gap less housingdesign with flush-mounted touch screens. The housing geometry andan optimised frame profile allow liquids to run off and prevent theaccumulation of contamination. Further features, such as theresistance of the stainless steel surface and the touch screen tocleaning agents and disinfectants, as well as the equipping of thedisplay with a splinter guard, cover all requirements for cleanroomapplications.

The stainless steel panels are available in two versions: as aPanel PC and as a pure display unit.

CP77xx Panel PC

Thanks to the integrated Intel®Atom™ technology, the CP77xx device series represents a powerfulPanel PC that combines operating and control functions in a compactdesign. On account of its low heat dissipation, theIntel®Atom™ processor is ideally suited for use in stainless steelhousings. Two on-board Ethernet ports facilitate the implementationof EtherCAT in applications.

CP79xx Control Panel

The CP79xx stainless steel panels with DVI/USB Extended allow adistance of up to 50 m between operating unit and PC.

The stainless steel Control Panels and Panel PCs are highlyfunctional units with 12-, 15- or 19-inch touch panels. The rangeis completed by a stainless steel mounting arm adapter foradaptation to steel pipes, which can be ordered as an option.Furthermore, the range is rounded off by customer-specificmodifications, such as additional display sizes or the integrationof emergency off and electromechanical buttons, short-stroke keysand RFID readers under the front laminate as well as USB ports.
