MEAT PRODUCTS

2019 年中国肉类消费为9420.3万吨,中国一年的肉类消费超过欧盟和美国的总和。随着国民生活质量提升,对于肉制品的要求也越来越高。肉制品购买力显著增强使肉制品市场呈现了强劲的活力和发展前景。目前,国外的食品工业多已形成完整的产业体系,具有高度的规模化及现代化水平。如此环境中,诸多海外供应商瞄准一大肉类市场——中国。根据预测2020年和2030 年,仅牛肉的需求,我国将分别产生604 万吨和837万吨的缺口。这一趋势对于国内外广大进口商、经销商以及来自多个国家的生产商和海外肉类协会都是一个进军中国市场的机会。

million tons in 2019, exceeding the total consumption inthe EU and the United States. With the improvement of people’sliving standard, the requirements for meat products have becomeincreasingly higher as well. The significant increase in people’spurchasing power of meat products has resulted in strong vitalityand promising development prospects in the meat product market.Currently, most foreign food industries have formed a complete andlarge-scale industrial system with a high level of modernization.In such an environment, many overseas suppliers are targetingChina, the world’s largest meat market. It is predicted that therewill be a supply gap of 6.04 million tons and 8.37 million tons ofbeef in China in 2020 and 2030, which provides an excellentopportunity for Chinese and foreign importers, distributors, aswell as top producers from multiple countries and overseas meatassociations to enter the Chinese market.


海鲜

SEAFOOD

中国是世界上重要的海鲜市场之一,2018 年我国水产品进出口总量954.42 万吨,总额371.88亿美元,同比分别增加3.33%和14.44%,进出口总量和总额均创历史新高。因为人们对大量蛋白质供应来源的需求;对健康、品质生活追求理念的影响等等都为进口海鲜提供了有利的市场。东盟、俄罗斯、美国、加拿大、新西兰和澳洲等是中国海鲜进口的重要来源地。2019年中国水产品仅进口量多达394 万吨,价值119.1 亿美元的食用水、海产品,分别同比增长27.2%2和36.2亿美元(增幅43.6)。说明了中国水(海)产品进口递增的趋势。蓬勃发展的中国海鲜市场将为国际海鲜出口商提供了巨大的机遇。

China is one of the important seafood markets in theworld.In 2018, China’s total import and export of aquatic productswas 9.54242 million tons, with a total value of 37.188 billion USdollars, increased by 3.33% and 14.44% year on year respectively.Due to Chinese people’s demand for abundant protein and pursuit ofa healthy, high-quality life, there is a favorable market forimported seafood in China. ASEAN,Russia, the United States, Canada,New Zealand and Australia are important sources of Chinese seafoodimports. In 2019, China imported 3.94 million tons of aquaticproducts, with a value of 11.91 billion US dollars in edibleaquatic products and seafood, increased by 27.2% and 43.6% (3.62billion US dollars) year on year respectively. It furtherillustrates the increasing trend of China’s aquatic (sea) productimports. The booming Chinese seafood market provides hugeopportunities for international seafood exporters.


高端乳制品及油品

HIGH-END DAIRY PRODUCTS AND OIL PRODUCTS

2019 年,我国共计进口乳制品244.14 万吨,同比增加12.5%,进口额超过90亿美元。进口乳制品中,仅仅液态奶进口量从2013 年的19.48 万吨增长至2018 年的70.17 万吨,进口额从2013年的27,455.30 万美元增长至2018 年的94,623.00万美元。除了需求量远高于产出量的因素,消费者对于高端乳制品的要求也在大大增加,从而进口产品的需求只增不减。

中国作为一大油料籽和食用油国家,2019 年1-12 月份中国国总计进口食用植物油953.3 万吨,较2018年的629 万吨增加324.3 万吨。预计未来几年其消费量将达到3601万吨。除了需求量远高于产出量的因素,消费者对于高端油品的要求也在大大增加,从而进口高端油品的需求只增不减。

In 2019, China imported a total of 2.4414 million tons ofdairy products, an increase of 12.5% year on year, with the importvolume exceeding 9 billion USD. Among the imported dairy products,just the liquid milk import increased from 194,800 tons in 2013 to701,700 tons in 2018, and the import increased from 274.553 millionUSD in 2013 to 946.23 million USD in 2018. In addition to demandbeing much higher than output, consumers’requirements for high-enddairy products also greatly increased, so the demand for importedproducts will continue to increase.

As the country with the world’ s largest seed oil andedible oil consumption, China imported a total of 9.533 milliontons of edible vegetable oil from January to December 2019, anincrease of 3.243 million tons compared with 6.29 million tons in2018. Its consumption is expected to reach 36.01 million tons inthe next few years. In addition to demand being much higher thanoutput, consumers’requirements for high-end dairyproducts also greatly increased, so the demand for importedproducts will continue to increase.

 

茶与咖啡, 烘焙与冰淇淋

TEA & COFFEE, BAKERY AND GELATO

中国茶饮消费占世界上其总消费的39%。咖啡消费市场竞争也日趋剧烈,2014-2019年,我国人均咖啡消费量持续提高,2019年,我国人均咖啡消费量约为6.8杯。预计到2020年将成为世界咖啡消费大国,随着咖啡的市场规模的逐渐扩大,预计到2024年,我国咖啡的市场规模将超过3300亿元。FHC将汇集咖啡豆、精品茶等展品类别,通过打造相关文化体验展区让消费者更好的享受香醇的咖

From 2014 to 2019, China’ s per capita coffeeconsumption continued to increase. In 2019, China’ s per capitacoffee consumption was about 6.8 cups, and it is expected to becomea major coffee consumption country in the world by 2020. The market scale of ice cream in China is expected toreach 164.1 billion yuan in 2021. 数据显示中国休闲食品的市场规模在持续增长,由2015 年的10,589.62 亿元增长至2019年的19,925.28亿元,年均复合增长率超过17.00%。随着中国消费结构的升级国外休闲食品的“可午餐化”、“功能化”以及其加工技术正是国内行业所缺失的。在休闲食品品类下,同样作为快速消费品的巧克力和糖果,在中国市场中保持平稳增长的趋势,2019年糖果巧克力行业零售端市场规模1129亿元。国际糖果巨头企业在中国糖果巧克力市场占据主导地位并完成商超渠道的覆盖。

Under the category of snack food, chocolates andsweets, which are also fast-moving consumer goods, have maintaineda steady growth trend in the Chinese market. In 2019, the retailmarket size of the Chinese chocolates and sweets industry reached112.9 billion yuan. International confectionary giants occupied anabsolute dominant position in the Chinese chocolates and sweetsmarket and grasped the share in the channel ofsupermarkets.
