THE 22nd FHC CHINA INTERNATIONAL CULINARY ARTSCOMPETITION
第二十二届中国国际烹饪艺术比赛
中国国际烹饪艺术比赛是世界厨师联合会（WACS）在中国的唯一认证的洲际性烹饪比赛。该项赛事已经在FHC上海环球食品展上成功举办了21届，其目的是培养年轻厨师、加强中国西餐的发展。这也意味着该项赛事已然成为含金量较高的烹饪比赛赛事。
The China International Culinary Arts Competition is t h eo n l y c e r t i f i e d i n t e r c o n t i n e n t a l c u l i na r y compe t i t ion i n Chi na by the WorldChef ’ s Federation (WACS). T h i s e v e n t h a s b e e nsuccessfully held at the FHC for 21 sessions, and its purpose is totrain young chefs and strengthen the development of Western food inChina, which means i t has become the most si g n i f i cantcompetition event.

第二十二届FHC中国国际甜品烘焙比赛
FHC中国国际甜品烘焙大赛是隶属于FHC中国国际烹饪艺术比赛中的一个比赛大类，根据世界厨师联合会赛事规则评判，有别于FHC中国国际烹饪艺术比赛，FHC中国国际甜品烘焙大赛由国际西点裁判评分，并颁发由WACS认证的烘焙大赛奖牌及证书。
The FHC China International Pastry & Bakery Competition isa competition category that belongs to the FHC China InternationalCulinary Arts Competition. According to the rules of the WorldChefs Federation, it is different from the FHC China InternationalCulinary Arts Competition. The FHC China International Pastry &Bakery Competition consists of international pastries. The judgeswill score and issue WACS-certified baking contest medals andcertificates.
2020 FHC CHINA INTERNATIONAL YOUNG CHEFSCOMPETITION
2020 中国国际青年厨师挑战赛
中国国际青年厨师挑战赛是一项国际性的团队烹饪邀请赛。每届比赛将邀请国内外的年轻厨师组队参加，以及来自世界厨师联合会的多位出色裁判品鉴打分，从中选中团队。2019赛事邀请了来自美国，南非，韩国，台湾地区，中国香港，菲律宾，马来西亚，马来西亚槟城，澳大利亚，新加坡，越南和中国的团队。
The China International Young Chef Competition is aninternational team cooking competition. Young chefs from domesticand abroad will be invited to participate, and a number ofoutstanding senior judges from the World Association of Chefs willbe given tasting points to select outstanding teams. For 2019 IYCCcompetition, 12 teams are from American, South Africa, South Korea,Taiwan China,Hong Kong China, Philippine, Malaysia,Malaysia Penang, Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, andChina.

第八届上海国际潮流饮品创意制作大赛—上海分赛区
上海国际潮流饮品创意制作大赛由上海博华国际展览有限公司主办，自2014年起，经历过了7届的累积，通过指定和创意发挥制作饮品，激发饮品研发人员的创造力。从而进一步带动饮品市场的发展和引领未来的趋势。

The FHC International Import and Export Meat and SeafoodForum will return to FHC China with a new attitude. The new seafoodsection makes the forum more comprehensive. 商贸配对会是FHC为展商特设的免费增值服务，现场邀请百位专业买家（来自协会会员、各地区采购团、超市卖场、便利连锁、专卖店、电商、餐饮等不同渠道）。配对会为买家和展商提供了一个业务匹配平台，通过这种供需一体化，可以使贸易过程更具有针对性和有效性。
2019FHC商贸配对会组织邀请了来自G-super、卜蜂莲花、联华、麦德龙、家乐福、华润万家、苏宁易购、京东集团、本来生活、盒马鲜生等知名商超采购商，现场与上千位展商参与了配对活动，进行了高效的洽谈和商贸对接，当日成交的订单络绎不绝。
Business match-making is one of the value-added servicesfor exhibitors provided by FHC. Hundreds of professional buyers(from association members, regional purchasing groups, supermarketstores,convenience chains, specialty stores, e-commerce,cateringand other different channels) are invited.Business match-makingwill provide a platform for buyers and exhibitors. 上海FHC 咖啡节荟萃了来自全国各地的店铺，共同分享咖啡美食，咖啡乐趣以及属于自己的咖啡故事。每天出品1,000多杯咖啡并带来精彩的现场表演，将咖啡美学传递给现场观众。
