The amount of imported meat of China have broken the previousrecord. In 2007, market has been keeping high demands of importedpork, beef and other meat. In the past, China have expanded theindex of imported meat and international meat exporters have beencompleting increasingly. It is precast that the demands of importedbeef, pork and other meat will more than domestic production in thefuture years which will cement China’s position as the World’s mostimportant meat traders and result in a growing increasing ofimported meat. By 2020, the amount of imported meat will more than20% of the totals and will exceed 6 million in mainland in Chinawhich make sure that China will cement its position as the numberone global meat importer and it is precast that China will becomethe main market of global meat exporters.
