21ST FHC CHINA PASTRY & BAKERY COMPETITION

   The FHC China International Pastry & BakeryCompetition is a competition that belongs to the FHC ChinaInternational Culinary Arts Competition. It is judged according tothe rules of the WACS. On the other side, it is different from theFHC China International Culinary Arts Competition. The dessertbaking judges will score and award medals and certificates to theWACS-certified baking competition. During the 3-day competitionperiod, 7 competition categories were competed, divided into twocategories: LIVE & DISPLAY, of which there were 3 Live-makings and4 Displays. The organizer, Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa MarketsInternational Exhibition Co., Ltd, invited 46 dessert baking judgesfrom all over the world to taste and score on the spot, and selectthe winners. The 21st China International Pastry & BakeryCompetition has a total of 106 participants. Among them, 19 goldmedals, 24 silver medals, and 16 bronze medals were singledout.
