What materials does the company need to register?
1. "Application for Company Establishment Registration" signedby the legal representative of the company;
2. Articles of association signed by all shareholders;
3. Qualification certificate of legal person shareholder or IDcard of natural person shareholder and its copy;
4. Copies of appointment documents and identity cards ofdirectors, supervisors and managers;
5. Proof of designated representative or entrusted agent;
6. ID card of the agent and its copy;
7. Certificate of domicile use.
Note: The preparation of residence use certification materialscan be divided into the following three situations:
(1) If you own real estate, you need a copy of the propertyownership certificate and a copy of your ID card;
(2) If renting a house, the copy of the property ownershipcertificate signed by the landlord, the copy of the ID card of thelandlord, the lease contract signed and sealed by both parties, andthe rent are required;
(3) If you rent an office building under the name of a company,you need the copy of the property ownership certificate with thecompany's official seal, the copy of the business license of thecompany, the lease contract signed and sealed by both parties, andthe rent.
