Our product, INDOMET PENTA, is our further development of thewell-known diffusion pump oils Dow Corning™ DC 705. With our 30years of experience as experts in vacuum technology, coupled withour know-how in the chemistry of phenyl-methyl-polysiloxanes(PMPS), we have been able to continuously develop our silicone oil,so that we can offer to you the highest quality diffusion pump oilavailable.
INDOMET PENTA has been specially developed for use in diffusionpumps. Our oil is suitable for all types of diffusion pumps. It isdesigned for a very wide vacuum pressure range. The vapor pressureand backflow are so low that the use of cold traps is not requiredfor most vacuum applications. Ultra-high vacuum up to the 10E-11mbar range can be achieved with cold traps, without cold traps upto the 10E-10 mbar range.
INDOMET PENTA is REACH registered and GHS and OSHA compliant.For the REACH registration our oil has been extensively tested byleading laboratories. Excellent physical and chemical propertieshave been certified and no environmental or health risks have beenidentified.
