3、EN13128:2001+A2:2009适用范围：
1.1 This standard specifies the technical safety requirements andmeasures to be adopted by persons undertaking the design,construction and supply (including installation and dismantling,with arrangements for transport and maintenance) of millingmachines (see 3.1) including machines capable of performing boringoperations (see 3.5).
Machines covered by this standard include but are not limitedto:
knee and column type milling machines ;
bed–type milling machines ;
multi–spindle milling machines ;
plano–milling machines ;
profile and contouring milling machines ,
milling and boring machines .
1.2 This standard takes account of intended use includingreasonably foreseeable misuse, maintenance, cleaning, and settingoperations. It presumes access to the machine from all directions.It describes means to reduce risks to operators and other exposedpersons.
1.3 This standard also applies to workpiece transfer devices whenthey form an integral part of the machine.
1.4 These standard deals with significant hazards relevant tomilling machines when they are used as intended and under theconditions foreseen by the manufacturer (see clause 4).
1.5 Hazards arising from other metal working processes (e.g.,grinding, turning, forming, EDM, laser processing) are covered byother standards (see Bibliography).
1.6 Milling machines with automatic tool changing capabilities arenot covered by this standard (see prEN 12417:1996).
1.7 This standard is not applicable to milling machines which weremanufactured before the date of publication by CEN of thisstandard.

1.6本标准不包括具有自动换刀功能的铣床（见prEN 12417:1996）。
1.7本标准不适用于CEN发布日期之前制造的铣床。
