Here you will find the PROFINET GSDML files for the drive systemSINAMICS G120C.The PROFINET GSDML files are required to operate theSINAMICS G120C via PROFINET and to allow the configuration tools torecognise the inverter. Examples of configuration tools areprevious and current STEP7 versions or COM PROFIBUS. Within thetools the corresponding import functions are provided.
Always use the GSDML file that matches your Control Unit (CU) typeor order number – even if you are currently not using all of theControl Unit functions (e.g. Safety functions). After the ControlUnit firmware has been upgraded, it is then only necessary toupdate the GSDML files if improved or new functions of the CU areto be used.
